Yearly Maintanance
By hiring us to take care of your maintenance twice a year we will:
Check air filters: Replace or clean to ensure optimal airflow.
Inspect thermostat: Ensure the settings are correct and programming is functioning.
Inspect ductwork: Remove dust and debris for better air quality.
Inspect refrigerant levels: Ensure proper levels for efficient cooling.
Clean the outdoor unit: Remove leaves and debris surrounding the unit.
Test system operation: Run both heating and cooling systems to verify proper operation.
Clean/inspect evaporator and condenser coils: Clean any debris that has accumulated in coils in order to allow them to work efficiently and save you hundreds in the long run.
Lubricate moving parts: Add oil to motors allowing them to run smoothly to avoid extra wear and tear.
Clean flame sensor: Cleaning ensures the unit heats home properly
Check electrical connections: Check enough voltage is getting to unit and check that none of the connections need to be replaced
Clean condensate drain: Cleaning the condensate drain to ensure mold doesn’t accumulate and in addition making sure nothing clogs the drain
